  • Massage Therapy

    Registered massage therapists assess and treat soft tissue and joint dysfunctions of the body. They use manual therapy to reduce tension, decrease pain and improve mobility.

  • Laser Therapy

    Laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses laser energy to treat acute and chronic injuries of the joints, muscles, tendons and nerves. It may also be used post-surgically to speed the healing process. Laser therapy is quick and painless and can be used as a stand-alone treatment or as part of a comprehensive chiropractic treatment plan.

  • ICBC and Worksafe BC Claims

    Our practitioners have extensive experience treating injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents (ICBC) and on the job incidents (Worksafe BC). We can service both once we receive a claim number. Chiropractors are primary health care practitioners therefore a referral from your medical doctor is not necessary.

Our Clinic

Mountain Health and Performance is located in North Vancouver at the foot of the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge which allows easy access to Vancouver, Burnaby and West Vancouver. Our clinic is walking distance from the Phibbs Exchange bus loop for those travelling by transit.

We provide free parking directly outside our clinic. We are located on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible.

  • Yes, we do direct billing!

    Please bring your insurance information to your first visit or give your information to the receptionist over the phone in advance (insurance companies do not require a doctors note for chiropractors).

    We are able to bill most insurance companies at the present moment (some exceptions do apply). If you are concerned about the amount your insurance plans covers please contact your insurance provider directly. We are unable to determine the amount of coverage until after you are billed. Unfortunately we do not offer direct billing for registered massage therapy at this time. Receipts can be submitted by the patient following treatment

  • Yes, we accept ICBC and WCB claims.

    If you have been in a car accident you can book your chiropractic appointment at any time once you receive your claim number. You do not need pre-approval or a medical note to be eligible. Physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and kinesiology are separate forms of therapy and do not in any way influence your ability to receive concurrent chiropractic care. It is best to start chiropractic care as soon as possible following a motor vehicle accident. Please be aware that if your accident occurred more than 3 months ago there may be additional steps to take in order to receive treatment approval. If you are injured at work please report the injury to your employer and take the necessary steps to obtain a claim number. Once you have your claim number you can book your appointment and bring your information to your first visit.

  • Please be aware that we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If an emergency arises and you are unable to make your appointment or you are going to be late call us immediately at 604-984-0014. Please remember that for first-time visits, a significant amount of time is set aside for you and it can be difficult to fill those slots, even with 24 hours notice. Missed appointments will be subject to a fee.
