Reflecting on 2025: A Year of Growth, Gratitude, and Momentum at Mountain Health and Performance
As 2025 comes to a close, all of us at Mountain Health and Performance want to take a moment to reflect on what has been a truly meaningful year. This past year was defined not just by growth in services or team members, but by the relationships we continue to build with our patients and our community. Every appointment, every conversation, and every milestone reinforces why we do what we do: to help people move better, feel stronger, and continue doing the things they love.
From expanding our clinical expertise to introducing thoughtful new services and laying the groundwork for an improved digital experience, 2025 has been a year of intentional progress. Most importantly, it has been a year shaped by the trust our patients place in us. Trust that we never take lightly.
Strengthening Our Team: Welcoming Callum Weekes and Shyloh Carter
One of the most exciting highlights of 2025 was the addition of Callum Weekes and Shyloh Carter to the Mountain Health and Performance team. As a multidisciplinary clinic, we know that the strength of our care lies in the people delivering it. Adding clinicians who align with our values, clinical standards, and patient-first philosophy is something we approach with care and intention.
Callum and Shyloh have each brought their own unique skill sets, perspectives, and energy to the clinic. From day one, they demonstrated a shared commitment to evidence-informed care, collaboration, and continuous learning. Their ability to connect with patients - listening carefully, educating clearly, and tailoring care to individual goals - has made a noticeable impact.
Their enthusiasm for teamwork, open communication, and professional growth has elevated the environment at MHP and reinforced our belief that the best outcomes happen when great people work together. We are incredibly grateful to have them as part of the Mountain Health and Performance family and are excited to see how their roles continue to evolve in the years ahead.
Expanding Care Beyond the Clinic: Introducing Our Pillow Fitting Service
In 2025, we also took an important step toward supporting our patients with the introduction of our custom pillow fitting service. While sleep is often overlooked in injury prevention, recovery, and overall health, we see firsthand how critical it is to pain management, healing, and performance.
Many patients struggle with neck pain, shoulder discomfort, headaches, or low back stiffness that can be directly influenced by poor sleep positioning and unsupportive pillows. Rather than offering generic recommendations, we wanted to provide a more personalized solution, one grounded in biomechanics, posture, and individual needs.
Our pillow fitting service was designed to do exactly that. By assessing sleep posture, body type, and specific concerns, we’re able to guide patients toward a pillow setup that better supports spinal alignment and comfort. The response has been incredibly positive, and it has reinforced an important principle we stand by: small changes, when done thoughtfully, can have a big impact on long-term health.
This service reflects our broader philosophy at Mountain Health and Performance—looking at the whole picture, not just the isolated symptom. Recovery doesn’t stop when you leave the clinic, and we’re proud to support our patients in the everyday habits that help them feel their best.
Building for the Future: Our New Website Nears Completion
Behind the scenes, much of the last few months was also dedicated to a project we’re very excited about: the development of a new Mountain Health and Performance website. While it isn’t live just yet, the bulk of the work is complete, and we’re on track for a mid-January launch.
Our goal with the new website is simple - to create a clearer, more informative, and more user-friendly experience for both new and existing patients. From easier navigation and improved service descriptions to better educational content, the new site is designed to reflect who we are as a clinic and what patients can expect when they walk through our doors.
This project has been a reminder that meaningful improvements often take time. We wanted to do it right, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with our clinical standards, rather than rushing something out the door. We’re incredibly excited to share the final result with you soon and look forward to using it as another tool to educate, connect, and support our community.
Thank You for Your Trust
More than any new service or team expansion, the heart of 2025 has been our patients. To everyone who chose Mountain Health and Performance this year, whether for pain relief, injury rehab, performance care, or long-term health, we want to say thank you.
Thank you for trusting us with your care. Thank you for asking questions, putting in the work, and allowing us to be part of your journey. We know that seeking care is a personal decision, and we are deeply grateful every time someone chooses MHP to support their health and goals.
We are continually inspired by the dedication our patients show, to their sports, their families, their careers, and their overall well-being. Helping you stay active, resilient, and confident in your body is what drives us every day.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we move into 2026, we do so with momentum, clarity, and excitement. We remain committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care, continuing to grow as clinicians, and expanding services that truly add value to our patients’ lives.
The foundation built in 2025, through team growth, service expansion, and thoughtful planning positions Mountain Health and Performance for an even stronger year ahead. We look forward to welcoming new faces, continuing to support familiar ones, and helping our community keep doing the things they love.
From all of us at Mountain Health and Performance, thank you for being part of our 2025. We can’t wait to see what the future holds.
Yours in Health,
Drs. Paul and Amy Wiggins, Dr. Matt Wentzell, Callum, Shyloh, and Cliff
